THE PROJECT

   VILLAS, are facing mainly south-west to enable the enjoyment of mild winters and dramatic sunsets, whilst the gentle breeze from the north-west gives a "natural air-conditioning" during the summer months. Dense edification is prohibited in the vicinity area-thanks to the severe forestall laws- so, extraneous houses, in the future, at the very few plots left around, will never obstruct our splendid views thanks also to the dominant position of the plots and the architectural landscape in form of terraces.
   Every villa counts approx. 100 m² of main spaces split in two main levels and an attic, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 1 w.c with a shower, plus the attic space big enough to create a third bedroom.
   Every villa- in addition of the central gate of the complex - has its own entrance gate and garden in the front, followed by their own large terrace on one side, with well sized pool (4, 5x9, 0m) and big filter & utility room underneath. Private parking places for 2 cars are provided for each house implemented with shadowing pergolas, depending on the owner's wish. Complementary parking for guests is reserved at the side of the private roads.
   Entering the villa the main entrance level has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has a fire-place and French windows that open onto a wide canopy balcony to the sea views. The dining area has French windows open onto the large swimming pool terrace. Next to the kitchen are the stairs leading up to the attic and down to the bedrooms .There is also one bathroom with shower in common use for this floor, the pool and the attic. Staircase leads down to one double bedroom, with en-suite spacious bathroom, leading to big open terrace and one twin bedded room, leading to the same open terrace, next to another bathroom with shower. The open terrace on this bedroom's' level serves for access also to a wide store room. From the main level, an open staircase leads up to an attic big enough for every purpose or as a third bedroom.
   Each unit enjoys all benefits of freedom and privacy for most of their spaces for private use- (gardens-yards-and pools) - being allocated to only the left or right side of each couple of villas. The size of all private use spaces is different for every villa and there for, determines the selling price of each single one.
