AGIOS NIKITAS, is the island's loveliest village 13km from Lefkada town and only 31km from the airport.
Set on the sea-side among beautiful
hills overlooking the rusty colored roof-tops. The whole area is bathed in green and blue shades full of olive and cypress trees.
The village center is reserved for pedestrians and has picturesque shops and restaurants mostly gathered at the main road and the sea front,
where the white sandy beach is entering the azure sea. New properties have been built in the traditional design alongside the old and fit in
comfortably with the surroundings, thanks to the strong conservation policies adopted by the locals.
